Center East University (Arabic: جامعة الشرق الاوسط‎) is a non-profit, establishment of greater understanding located in Beirut, Lebanon. The campus is located in the Beirut area of Sabtieh, regarding the outskirts associated with the city. Its associated with and run because of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and is part of the globally community of colleges and universities.

History[edit]

Initially founded whilst the Adventist university of Beirut and located in Mouseitbeh, in 1946 the establishment had been relocated to its current area, eastern of Beirut in Sabtieh, Sad El-Bauchrieh. During the exact same 12 months it had been rebranded Middle East university together with foundation of something today North Hall was laid by Sheikh Bechara El Khoury, the after that President associated with the Republic of Lebanon.
